If you’re feeling tired, try peppermint!
You guys, I totally did not think that this was going to work for me because it involved peppermint essential oil. Peppermint essential oil is a great oil, but I was over here like, ‘peppermint isn’t really my thing’. Anyway, watch this quick Facebook live replay:
Basically, if you’re feeling tired, try peppermint! Just dab a bit on your finger and rub it along your hairline, back of the ears, and base of your neck (hairline). It is amazing!
